I have a firm belief that when things are going good, time flies…. And at this point, with how great the business is going and how wonderful our life is, boy oh boy, did our first year of marriage go by with lightning speed! It feels like just yesterday, we were in Laguna Beach, CA getting ready for our big day, we said our I do’s, had our Italian honeymoon and bang! here we are!

Although this year has flown by, it has also had some amazing moments throughout! I can’t thank Ryan enough for being my everything, all the time! Thank you for knowing me better than I know myself, and still loving me! Thank you for just being you!

Ryan, I love you with everything in me and couldn’t ask for a more perfect person to spend my forever with!

Melissa + Anthony!

Melissa and Anthony met in high school, she was a freshman and he was a junior. After Anthony graduated, he enlisted in the Marine Corps and was away training in California and Oklahoma. But no worries, they wrote tons of letters and sent packages… everyday! After he finished his training, and chose the reservist side of the Marines, Anthony started going to school. But After Melissa graduated high school, she decided to go to the Citadel – 700 miles away from home.. and Anthony! This past Christmas, when Melissa came home to visit, Anthony had a ton of boxes wrapped up – one inside the other. As Melissa opened each box, a smaller one appeared, and when she got to the smallest box, there was a beautiful ring inside and Anthony asked her to marry him! Of course the answer was Yes!

Melissa just graduated from the Citadel last week, and has returned home! yay! She will become an officer in the Army National Guest and hopes to start her career in Psychology after her training of the Guard is over in November. Melissa and Anthony will be getting married at the beautiful Morris Arboretum next June right after Anthony returns from his deployment in Japan!

I was so excited to capture these two lovebirds at Bartram’s Gardens in Philadelphia! There was a little bit of construction going on, but of course we made it work! Enjoy their sneak peek! xo

Deanna + Mike!

Thankfully, when I arrived on the boardwalk, the sun started to creep through and the rain moved away! It was so great to see Deanna, Mike, their doggie Sugar and Mike’s mom walk down the boardwalk towards me. It was a tad windy and chilly, but that didn’t stop them! You could hardly even notice it with these two lovebirds! We had a great time on the beach and the boardwalk! They even got some fudge towards the end! I am looking forward to their wedding in less than a month (yay!) at the gorgeous Merion in Cinnaminson! Enjoy the sneak peek!

I’ve never seen a dog that loved the beach so much! Sugar was the cutest!

Courtney + Andrew!

Courtney and Andrew are so different (he likes to hunt, she likes to shop!) but all the differences just makes their relationship that much stronger! When Courtney graduated from college last year they knew they wanted to take the next step, but it took Andrew until November to finally pop the question! Andrew showed up at Courtney’s front door one night, and when she opened the door, there he was down on one knee!! He knew that she would be expecting something if they did anything out of the ordinary, so it was perfect!!

They decided to have their engagement photos taken on Andrew’s family’s farm! It was a perfect evening! Enjoy the sneak peek!

Natalie + Jason!

Three years later, Jason finally put a ring on it!! They were on a deserted beach in Ocean City Maryland when Jason told Natalie he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her! He asked her to marry him, and of course she said YES!! This past Friday, they tied the knot during sunset at One Atlantic in Atlantic City, NJ! The featured image above pretty much sums up the entire day! There was nothing but love, laughter and more love throughout the day! With the threat of rain and the “thunder” that we heard while getting ready, it turned into the most perfect day for them to finally say I DO!! Please enjoy the sneak peek of their day!! Rebecca + Sean!

Rebecca and Sean met their very first week of Freshman year at Messiah College – they became friends, even though Sean liked her a little more at the time… but eventually a relationship developed!! Fast forward to this past February, while walking waterside underneath the stars in Annapolis, Maryland, Sean popped the question! How romantic!! They are now super excited to end their long distance relationship (Rebecca in South Jersey and Sean in Maryland) so they will be tying the knot this October at the beautiful Bradford Estates! Cant wait!! Enjoy the sneak peek!! <3

Sara + Crane!

Sara and Crane met at the United States Naval Academy in the Summer of 2008. They were friends for a little while and started finally dating on May 1st, 2010! They just fit so well together and they knew they wanted to spend the rest of their life together, so Crane proposed to Sara that August on a late night beach walk in Ocean City, Maryland. They will tie the knot in a little over a month, on June 9th at Valleybrook Country Club! I can’t wait to capture their special day! You might remember this fun couple from their engagement session at Knight Park HERE. While we were taking their engagement pictures, we came across a pretty awesome green building – which you will see used in their wedding photos as part of their first look! To say these two were excited to finally get married would be an understatement! From the moment they saw each other, the smiles never left their faces! They put together an amazing, detailed, colorful Do-It-Yourself wedding! Everything you see was made by them! Including the bouquets, centerpieces, everything!! Love love love!! I absolutely LOVE that Kim + Eddie decided to do a first look! So many butterflies heading up to the moment, but they were so relaxed after seeing each other! I love that they decided to do something different, and use the green building that we found during their engagement session!!

One of the unique things about Collingswood Grand Ballroom is their Spotlight dance! At the end of cocktail hour, the guests are upstairs, and the curtains open, and they get to watch Kim + Eddie’s first dance from above!

Sarah + Mark!

Sarah and Mark’s proposal story is probably one of my favorites! They went down to Baltimore for the weekend, and visited one of my favorite places… the National Aquarium at the Baltimore Inner Harbor! Around 11:30am, they went to watch the Dive Show – the divers were feeding fish in a huge multi-level tank. Sarah noticed a diver swimming up towards them with a white sign… the diver flipped the sign around, and it said “Sarah Anne, Will You Marry Me?” She turned around and Mark was down on one knee… and of course she said YES!!! Swoon!!

Sarah and Mark decided to have their engagement photos taken at a nearby park that they take their fur baby Lola to often – Historic Smithville Park in Mt Holly, NJ. We had so much fun getting to know the both of them and just how “cool” they can be! haha! We can’t wait for their wedding at the Bradford Estates this October!! Enjoy the sneak peek!!

Roberta + Allen!

You might remember Roberta and Allen from their beautiful Longwood Gardens engagement HERE. They have been together exactly three years on their wedding day… April 20th, 2012 – and they were both so ecstatic to finally tie the knot! The day started at the Inn at Wilmington where the bride got ready for the special day! It was there that I met Roberta’s wedding planner… Erin Proud from Proud to Plan! At that point, I knew the day would be Perfect! For those brides that don’t think they need a wedding planner, please think about it! I haven’t worked with a wedding planner in a while, but to say everything looked and flowed fabulously would be an understatement!

We then headed over to the Winterthur Museum + Country House, where Roberta and Allen said their I do’s and celebrated the night away! <3 Enjoy the sneak peek of their beautiful, perfect, spring wedding day!!
